Bilingual Workers Compensation Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Workers Compensation Return to Work Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist injured employees in returning to work safely and promptly
Prepare and present modified duty offers to injured workers
Monitor recovery progress and track injury statistics via Salesforce

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
2-4 years of direct experience managing workers compensation claims
Knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards and state safety statutes
OSHA certification preferred but not required
