A company is looking for a Lead Combat Systems Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation of impactful combat mechanics for engaging player
experiences
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and animators to develop and
refine gameplay features
Manage and mentor a team of designers, setting goals and providing
feedback
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Lead or Principal Systems Designer developing
combat mechanics for high-fidelity games
Proven experience managing and mentoring a team
Expert understanding of game design methodologies
Hands-on expertise with visual scripting tools such as Kismet or
Blueprint
Comprehensive insight into animation systems and collaboration with
animation teams
